Education is not a high priority.
Safety is of very low concern - Teachers are too busy talking amongst themselves to care about the children. Incident reports are never filled out due to "I did not witness that" or "No your child is lying". Children run around that place like they own it and it typically smells right when you walk in because the bathrooms are right there with the doors always wide open and no teacher supervision when children are using them/playing in them.
Never once did my son come home and tell me about something he learned, only that he or another child got hurt that day. I pulled him out after no regard was given after he was hurt multiple times by the same child/children. Never asked if he had any marks or if he was okay. No incident report was filed because the teacher denied knowing what happened even after my son repeatedly told me he told her exactly what happened.
The week after I switched schools he came home telling me the days of the week in Spanish and whole story book synopsis.
Don't waste your time, your money, or the states money.

This facility has really let themselves go. They are understaffed and unprepaired to care for children. Many occasions I would pick up my child at different times only to find the front unlocked, unsupervised and kids hanging around. The doors says locked but never actually is. The playground on multiple occasions had over 20 kids playing with one adult supervising. Before and after care for grade school children is horrible. DTA puts up a good front like they care about your childs health and education and in reality they do NOT. They care about your money. Don't believe me go take a random visit and see for yourself.
