We had no choice but to use this company because our home warranty with American Home Shield required us to use them. We had a tech come out more than 5 times in 2 months and continuously misdiagnosed the issue, but charged us for various things. I ended up paying for a different company to come out and they found the issue right away. The warranty company sent Perry Mechanical back out to fix what was found by this other company. They used a generic part that was not compatible with my unit and charged me another $400 on top of various other charges from multiple visits. I would not recommend this company. I never write reviews but it was so bad, I felt it was necessary. They knew the constant issues we had and did nothing to compensate for all the money, time and aggravation that was caused.
